Our client is seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team, focusing on projects in the Peterborough and East Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity to provide commercial support across a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from £300k to £10m. Clients span a variety of sectors, including affordable housing, food, retail, education, commercial, industrial, and health.

We’re seeking candidates with experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, whether at intermediate or senior level. You’ll take ownership of multiple projects, handling tasks such as:
Subcontract procurement, payments, and measures
Cost management and valuations
Building estimates and variation costings
Forecasting and cost value reporting
Familiarity with JCT / NEC forms of contracts is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess:
A full driving licence (as site travel is required)
A proactive, commercially astute, and conscientious approach
Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
The ability to drive projects forward and ensure client satisfaction
